Revegetation planting often forms part of our projects and the Scrub nursery grows between 800,000 - 1,000,000 quality ecosourced plants every year.  Located at Wainui, our nursery supplies large scale revegetation, wetland restoration and riparian planting projects across the greater Auckland Region.

At Scrub we are committed to providing ecosourced plants and we are an industry leader in ecosourcing expertise and commitment. Significantly, the Scrub nursery has been successfully audited by the Royal Institute of Horticulture for ecosourcing compliance – very few nurseries in New Zealand have passed this audit.

We produce high quality plants through a sustainable production system that includes the use of customised potting mixes, recycling and reuse of pots and a strong commitment to nursery biosecurity. We utilise state of the art technology including an automated Urbanati transplanting line and potting machine.
